Are you truly happy… Or just going through the motions…
I mean it, take a moment and think. Start with defining what happiness means to you. Is it attached to another person? Is it unable to be separated from a power greater than you?
Take it a step further, when was the last time you felt truly happy? Did a moment surface in your mind that equates to happiness for you?
Has it been a while? Have the days begun to be everything but happiness? And if so, how do you get back to your idea of happiness?
Are you tired of reading the word happiness in this post? Maybe I was happy when I typed it.
I want to encourage you to think, reflect, and reconnect with happiness. We are experiencing too many days with the opposite.
