It’s almost 2 a.m. and I’m just getting in from doing software updates at work. Even as it’s technically a new day, my commitment to my posts will be honored.
You know what that means? That later today I’ll be posting another message for Day 4 of my 100 days of writing.
This post will be sweet and short. Today has been a day of awareness and gratitude. Gratitude for my family and friends that continue to support me, love me, and encourage me. There’s never enough to truly show my appreciation. It’s the little things that mean so much to me.
Today has also been one of awareness. Situations arose that allowed me to see the areas in which I no longer need to invest as much as I usually would. In the past, expectations were the points that would disappoint me. Now, not so much. Experience is guiding my decision making more and more. The consistent reminder is that I can only control what I bring to each interaction, what I take away, and how I express thanks for it as well, good or bad.
The strength, resilience, love, wisdom, and clarity in the above is unmatched! I am grateful.
My prayer is that I’m continually guided each moment of each day. My prayer is to be a light and not a darkness in my interactions. My prayer is that the people I love and have loved are protected, healed, comforted, and transformed.
There’s one particular person that will forever hold a piece of my heart and mind and I pray for him daily. Always wishing happiness, healing, love and wholeness his way.
My prayer is for all my preparation to connect with opportunity so that I may be a tool of impact, service, love, and hope. May my mind be clear, body be able, health be amazing, and so much more.
