These morning pages….
Allowing my mental to release before the sun has come up.
It’s a refreshing way to start today.
Beside me sits a hot cup of French Vanilla coffee.
The flow of morning pages have no boundaries.
Expressing what comes to mind and allowing it to flow.
It doesn’t have to rhyme.
It doesn’t have to be focused.
The writing can be backwards or scrambled.
I’m in complete control of it.
This is what makes me grateful and at peace.
Simplistic, yet creating, and engaging with the best parts of me.
Interacting with the dark shadows of me.
Finding the glee even when tears are present.
And when they are absent.
Knowing that life is a blessing.
My heart is beating.
My lungs are working.
My Mind is alert.
Doesn’t it feel great to be alive?
Gratitude rising.
