Pinpointing the Madness

Have you ever had one of those days, weeks, or months in which the “madness” within you is misdirected into other areas of your life?

Moments like these occur very often, and often times we are unaware of demonstrating this behavior.

When was the last time you were having a financial strain squeezing the joy out of your life…but you delivered the middle finger of fury to every driver you passed just for being present?

And remember when you snapped at your kids or friends because you had a horrible day at work. You know…one of those days in which you are working your butt off and it still isn’t enough. It’s a day in which the pay doesn’t justify your time investment day after day and unhappiness. And on and on and on…

Sometimes it takes us being “gifted our a$$e$” by the unintended victim that forces us to be mindful of how things are out-of-order and a self-check needs to be first and foremost.

I encourage you to take a moment to be still, to be honest, and to truly address the madness within. WE have to stop bleeding our insecurities, misperceptions, and stress all over the white shirts of others.  I do understand there are times this will occur. But many times we can improve so much but taking a moment EVERY DAY for ourselves.

I wish you success 🙂
