A few minutes ago, a post blessed my eyes regarding Mindful Monday. I wish I could locate it to share it with you, but my success wasn’t good in that search. However, the post inspired me to post my Goals of Mindfulness for the Week. May you be encouraged to do the same. Write it down, and give it life.
My goals this week are:
* To calm my heart
* To celebrate my progress, and blessings
* To write without fear of failure, or specifics
* To ease up on beating myself down over mistakes
* To Read! To Read! To Read!
*To encourage and assist others
(Family and Spiritual growth are constant/lifestyle)
